June 7, 201311 yr ^^Oh my Goodness! Vogue Germany, and yet another incarnation of Linda with minimal makeup/photoshop. Love it! Is that Karl's kitty?
June 7, 201311 yr Top-Model Russia 2nd Issue (oct-nov 1995)Thank you so much for posting this, Doosia. Some of those images of Linda are legendary.
June 7, 201311 yr Vogue Germany July 2013 Linda Evangelista by Karl LagerfeldWhat a pleasant surprise! Completely unexpected to see her on a Vogue cover this year. For some reason, the disheveled hair makes me think of vintage images of Italian actress Anna Magnani. Karl's cat is adorable.
June 7, 201311 yr Choupette Is Upstaging Linda Evangelista On The Cover Of German Vogueby Elizabeth LicataChoupette, the cat Karl Lagerfeld wishes he could marry, is a Vogue cover model now.Karl Lagerfeld photographed his beloved Choupette for the cover of the July-August 2013 issue of German Vogue. To give Choupette something pretty and chic to sit on, supermodel Linda Evangelista was brought in to hold the world’s most fashionable cat. Magazines are always worried about whether actresses or models sell more copies, but we suspect the Choupette Vogue cover will be an instant collectors’ item when it comes out on Wednesdaysource
June 7, 201311 yr EXCLUSIVE: Linda Evangelista and Peter Morton split again After winning one of the biggest settlements of all time in her child-support battle with François-Henri Pinault, supermodel Linda Evangelista doesn’t need to rely on her Hard Rock billionaire boyfriendPeter Morton. The pair have split up, sources exclusively tell Page Six. Morton stuck by Evangelista through her bitterly contested child-custody battle with billionaire baby daddy Pinault, which was settled in May 2012. Details of Evangelista’s settlement with French luxury brand mogul Pinault — now the husband of Salma Hayek — were not released, but a source close to the model said that she wound up getting nearly $50,000 per month in child support from Pinault for their son,Augustin James. [ Evangelista had reportedly demanded $46,000 per month to cover expenses including nannies, chauffeurs and bodyguards When Morton and Evangelista began dating in 2006, she was pregnant with Pinault’s child — but the father’s identity remained a mystery until it was revealed by Page Six and when Evangelista later took Pinault to court, in 2011. Morton and Evangelista — famous for coining the phrase “We don’t wake up for less than $10,000 a day” — split once before, in 2010, after a string of arguments, and patched things up months later Whispers of the latest rift with Morton came at the same time Evangelista attended the CFDA Awards this week as a presenter, and walked the carpet solo. She’s also been seen out and about without Morton in New York Then again, the pair have always kept an extremely low profile, and they hadn’t been photographed together since a March benefit for the Natural Resources Defense Council Morton — who this year bought a former home of Elvis Presley’s for $9.8 million — reportedly prefers Malibu to Manhattan, while Evangelista’s based here A rep for Evangelista’s modeling agency, DNA, told us: “We do not comment on the private life of our clients.” Morton did not return a call seeking comment. nypost.com

June 8, 201311 yr So it turns out that Linda is channeling Anna Magnani on that Vogue Germany cover, as well as the editorial. The Vogue Germany website describes Linda's editorial: BELLA DI GIORNO -- homage to an icon of Italian cinema: Linda Evangelista on the style footsteps of Anna Magnani http://www.vogue.de/mode/mode-news/heftinhalt-vogue-im-juli-2013 I'm really excited about seeing the editorial!
June 8, 201311 yr ^Awwww...that's sweet! Speaking of Tim, I love the interview he did with Linda back in 2003 when he was still with FashionFile.

June 12, 201311 yr ^Thanks for posting the editiorial. I like the concept. A fascinating thing about Linda is that she has portrayed a number of famous women in her print work over the years. Ava Gardner, Sophia Loren, Katharine Hepburn among others. It's nice to see her doing it still.
June 12, 201311 yr The old Hollywood photo shoot, grate editiorial Linda looks bright and very professional
