May 5, 20187 yr Author @sanja, when I buy a magazine, I scan the whole thing and keep it as it is aka I don't tear it apart. I know there are collectors who want to get a hold of editorials of particular models, I think @missparker7 collects eds of certain models and that's why she posts them in their respective threads. I personally don't really care, even tough I would always prefer to see the whole issue, you never know what it's hiding. Anyways, I do own this Feb '99 issue that you just posted and all I can tell you about it is that it's Heather Payne on the cover, the ids of the other models are a complete mystery to me.
