Posted July 16, 20177 yr Karina Gomez was born in Lima, Peru and came to the states when she was 5. She grew up in Westchester, NY and had been with the Ford Model Agency since the age of 16. Karina has modeled all over the world including Paris, Milan, Tokyo, Sao Paolo, Sidney, India, etc. In America she has worked for Vogue, Bazaar, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Mademoiselle and various other jobs. Karina has been photographed by Francesco Scavullo, Denis Piel, Steven Meisel, Albert Watson and Patrick Demarchelier to name a few. Karina also hosted a TV show on the FX channel. Karina is still in the business working in print and commercials. Karina has always been involved in her community and various charities including: The Ronald McDonald House, Habitat for Humanity, the Boys and Girls Club, Autism Speaks and has sat on the Westchester and New Rochelle Hispanic Board, PTA and Special Education, The Ursuline School and St. Vincents Hospital Board. Karina and her family just came back from building homes in the poverty-stricken town of Tecate, Mexico. Karina just finished a 21 week course to become a sommelier.
