March 23, 200718 yr Models. com ranks models on how many runway shows they do, how many campaigns they do and how many editorial they do. If youve noticed, both eugenia an daria no longer do that many runway shows. Eugenia only does the haunte couture runways as well as a few shows here and there in spring and winter and daria only does the big shows in paris and milan. So you can see that due to the fact that both are no longer doing the amount of shows they did 3-4 years ago, they have disappeared from the list. Also, you would have noticed that their is an "ugly" model phase going on and all the editorials are going to uglier models like coco, freja, irina, tanya, suvi, sasha (who is one of the best), gemma( also one of the best) vlada, snejana etc... so the more beautiful models are no longer being used that often (with the exception of raquel zimmerman and caroline tentini). But if you ask who are the more stunning models to come out in recent years, both designers and vogue editors would say that daria and eugenia are on that list.It really doesnt matter anyway, both daria and eugenia can walk into any casting foir a designer and they could get the job. I think they are the ideal models (not to metion the hottest). I mean eugenia got to open d2sqquared and shes never modelled for them. ALso, llok over past years and eugenia and daria were in vogue A LOT of times.
