August 14, 201311 yr THE PIRELLI CALENDAR 2014 PREVIEW: THE SUPERMODEL EDITION  Miranda Kerr, Helena Christensen and Alessandra Ambrosio are among the world-famous models to star in a shoot to commemorate the 50th anniversary 2014 Pirelli calendar. The images were photographed by Patrick Demarchelier and Peter Lindbergh in New York. The pictures featured left - which act as a preview to the exclusive calendar, the images of which will not be released until November - have a discreetly sexy feel. The gang of aesthetically-pleasing beauties are seen posing up-close to one another in a pared-down, yet beautiful, group shot - some wearing shirts and others in black jumpers - recalling Lindbergh's now-famous black and white photograph of the original supermodels.
