    Here they are, sorry for the poor quality of the pictures. Maybe someone out there will get the magazine, and have a scanner with a scan surface larger than 9"x11". :)  

    If you want to get an idea of just how big this magazine is put 3 dollar bills end to end, and thats about how tall it is. It's huge. :)
