I’m pretty sure that it’s her but I can double check. She was definitely with Elite at that time and I have met her personally. Will not be complicated for me to find out.

I’m pretty sure that this is Anne Nolte and Kelli Hyler and not Toneya.

It also fits better as well since Anne and Kelly were both based out of Miami for quite some time together and both were found with the same Look of the Year.
