She was reffered as 'former model' on some photo agency's websites under these photos. I wonder why they keep doing this?

Thats because she was really big for/in victoria's secret and was with them so long, so when she retired from them people took it as her retiring from the industry. Also Adriana being more recluse afterwards and then getting pregnant again I think also fueled. She just has to keep being active but even then people will say she "came out of retirement"
