I don't understand why the thread was moving in the Internet forum?

The avatars/signatures thread was in the general talk forum since... for ever! So why changing its place now?

It was having many views in the general talk forum and now it's lost somewhere

It is not lost b/c it is PINNED in the Computer, Internet and Games forum.
