March 2Mar 2 Doutzen is back in Milan to sit front row at TWINSET F/W 25 show. Looking classy and elegant! Love it. Â Â Hopefully she's going to Paris as well to walk more shows and create more opportunities to book A-list campaigns.
March 11Mar 11 There are so many shows recently, and she didn't walk for any shows.she need walk more to remind people she still looks good and it's a good choice for campaign
March 11Mar 11 I also don't understand why she is not doing more shows. Possibly not enough interest from clients. She is also no longer one of the most wanted models and she no longer uses social media (Instagram), which has been important in the last 10 years because clients want media exposure. Models who walk shows for brands have the best chance of booking campaigns/covers. It is important to show that brands are still interested in you, which makes you more desirable as a model. However, her agency probably thinks that this doesn't matter or that she doesn't need to do that. The problem is, she simply isn't booking any big campaigns and international magazine covers. I can already predict that she won't book a Fendi campaign, or at least the chance is very small. Especially if Meisel photographs the campaign, as they haven't worked together in 12 years and he is now in his 70s, so I don't think they will ever work together again. Meisel always focuses on his favorite models. -------------------------------------- FULL SHOWLIST   Spring Summer 2004 Lloyd Klein Tommy Hilfiger Erreuno Zang Toi Cynthia Steffe Sebastian Pons Bahar Korcan Jackie Rogers Pierrot Exte Krizia Valentin Yudashkin Body Gear Chaiken Fendi   Fall Winter 2004/05 Fendi Dirk Bikkembergs   2004 or 2005 C&A Elle (opening of Amsterdam Fashion Week) (opened)   Spring Summer 2005 Lolita Lempicka   Fall Winter 2005/06 Versace Belstaff Fendi Givenchy Max Mara Emilio Pucci Alexander McQueen Bottega Veneta Anna Sui Jean Paul Gaultier Christian Lacroix Roberto Cavalli Wunderkind John Galliano Missoni Sportmax Stella McCartney Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti Nina Ricci Anna Molinari Christian Dior Antonio Berardi Emanuel Ungaro Zac Posen Carlos Miele Tamsen Oscar De La Renta Gai Mattiolo Yves Saint Laurent Hussein Chalayan Habitual Blumarine Giles Deacon Valentino Dsquared2 John Varvatos   Fall Winter Haute Couture 2005/06 Givenchy Christian Dior Valentino (leading finale)   2005 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show   Spring Summer 2006 Versace Belstaff Fendi Givenchy Bill Blass Max Mara Alexander McQueen Bottega Veneta Anna Sui Salvatore Ferragamo Viktor & Rolf Missoni Sonia Rykiel Louis Vuitton Alessandro Dell'Acqua Paco Rabanne Sportmax Stella McCartney Alberta Ferretti Nina Ricci Byblos BCBG Max Azria Sophia Kokosalaki (leading finale) Christian Dior Loewe Karl Lagerfeld Oscar De La Renta Luella Bartley Yves Saint Laurent Hussein Chalayan Blumarine Carolina Herrera Donna Karan Michael Kors Badgley Mischka Dolce & Gabbana Valentino (closed + leading finale with Valentino Garavani) Dsquared2   Spring Summer 2006 Haute Couture Christian Lacroix Christian Dior Valentino (opened)   2006 Collection Gucci Cruise Hugo Boss Orange Hugo Boss Black   2006 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show   Fall Winter 2006/07 Versace Belstaff Malo Givenchy Bill Blass Lanvin Bottega Veneta Etro Anna Sui Alessandro Dell'Acqua Paco Rabanne Sportmax Ralph Lauren Alberta Ferretti Christian Dior Emanuel Ungaro Karl Lagerfeld Zac Posen Oscar De La Renta Nicole Miller (closed) Yves Saint Laurent Hussein Chalayan Blumarine Carolina Herrera Donna Karan Michael Kors Badgley Mischka (closed) Dolce & Gabbana Valentino Dsquared2 (leading finale)   Spring Summer 2007 Bottega Veneta Belstaff Etro Loewe Miss Sixty Zac Posen Nicole Miller (opened + closed) Yves Saint Laurent Hussein Chalayan Blumarine Carolina Herrera Michael Kors Bill Blass Dolce & Gabbana Valentino Dsquared2   2007 Collection Christian Dior Cruise Oscar De La Renta Cruise   Fall Winter 2007/08 Bill Blass (opened + closed) Zac Posen Michael Kors Doo.Ri (opened + closed) Isaac Mizrahi (closed)   Fall Winter 2007/08 Haute Couture Christian Dior   2008 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show   2009 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show (closed + leading finale) Björn Borg (opened + closed)   Fall Winter 2010/11 Prada   2011 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show   Spring Summer 2012 Giles Deacon   Fall Winter 2012/13 Giles Deacon Miu Miu (closed + leading finale)   2012 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show (leading finale)   Summer Spring 2013 Giles Deacon   2013 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show   2014 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show   Fall Winter 2015/16 Fendi (opened + leading finale)   Fall Winter 2015/16 menswear Givenchy   Fall Winter 2015/16 Haute Couture Versace   Spring Summer 2016 Mugler (closed + leading finale) Balmain (closed)   Spring Summer 2017 Balmain Isabel Marant Versace   Spring Summer 2017 menswear Balmain   Spring Summer 2017 Haute Couture Ulyana Sergeenko (closed)   2017 L'Orèal (opened)   Spring Summer 2018 Versace   Fall Winter 2018/19 Max Mara (leading finale)   2018 L'Orèal (opened)   Spring Summer 2019 Calvin Klein   2019 CR runway X LuisaViaRoma 90th Anniversary Show L'Oréal x Ami (opened)   Spring Summer 2020 Etro (opened) Max Mara (opened)   Fall Winter 2020/21 Isabel Marant Hugo Boss Salvatore Ferragamo Etro (leading finale) Proenza Schouler Jacquemus   Winter Spring 2023 Alaïa   Fall Winter 2024/25 Chloé (closed)   2024 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show   Spring Summer 2025 Jacquemus   Fall Winter 2025/26 Fendi

March 11Mar 11 Age has become less important in recent 15 years. Models no longer need to retire at 30. Look at Natasha Poly, Irina Shayk, Lara Stone, Carolyn Murphy, Linda Evangelista, Karen Elson and so on. Even before her sabbatical at age 36, she booked many magazine covers and big campaigns for clothes, shoes, jewelry, cosmetica and so on. It's just a shame that she hasn't returned yet to the same level as before her sabbatical. She deserves a second chance. Some contacts, such as those with photographers Inez & Vinoodh, unfortunately have not (yet) been restored. But I still have hope that with good help from her agency she can return to the top and get important magazine covers/campaigns. If she had walked more shows this season, she would have had a better chance of getting higher quality work. Unfortunately, just one big show for Fendi will not make a difference.

It doesn't make sense,Mariacarla is 44now,but she still can got lots of campaign and covers. That's because she walk as many shows as possible. She always remind people she is still a perfect choice for covers or campaign
March 12Mar 12 Age counts and will always count, obviously in recent years this has stopped having a greater weight and clients have been more flexible with models. Â The problem with Doutzen is that I think she herself doesn't want to work as much anymore or the second option is that clients don't want to work with her because of everything she said. Instagram would certainly help a lot, since it has millions of followers. Â She hasn't been working as much lately, I think it's ok for her to do 5 shows per season, I just wanted her to go back to how she was before the pandemic.
March 12Mar 12 She said in an interview with Dutch Vogue Sept. 2024 that she is open to it again. But I don't think she is willing to put in the effort herself. She doesn't attend any parties even though it is quite important for models. She does not want any contact with clients...her agent does all the work now. And she no longer uses Instagram, even though models with many followers posting work on Instagram are important for clients to receive extra attention. She is quite invincible now. She should start using Instagram again, walk more shows and go to a big party/events. PFW was perfect for that. Perfect to network with important people. But she skipped it. I hope she soon gets a major international magazine cover and agrees to promote it on her Instagram. That would be a good reason for her to come back on Instagram.  Dsquared2 S/S 2007 b8b490c63751035cb52d50903931aeb4.mp4  Twinset S/S 2025 cb4b56f862a87b1dd9c74313dbdf70cd.mp4  Front row at Twinset F/W 2025.26 show e7c0615df981b34acde7fe6d1cfbeac9.mp4 Â
March 16Mar 16 Moncler F/W 2025.26 Wmagazine.com  Her facial expression looks weird here... She looks like she has seen a ghost. But I am glad that she did one more show + for a brand she has never worked for before!  Moncler added to her show list. Doutzen Kroes walked shows for these big brands:  Alaïa, Anna Sui, Alberta Ferretti, Alexander McQueen, Balmain, BCBG Max Azria, Belstaff, Blumarine, Bottega Veneta, Byblos, Calvin Klein, Carolina Herrera, Chloé, Christian Dior, Christian Lacroix, Dolce & Gabbana, Donna Karan, Dsquared2, Emanuel Ungaro, Emilio Pucci, Etro, Fendi, Givenchy, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Isabel Marant, Jacquemus, Jean Paul Gaultier, John Galliano, Karl Lagerfeld, Lanvin, Loewe, Louis Vuitton, Max Mara, Michael Kors, Mugler, Miss Sixty, Missoni, Miu Miu, Moncler, Nicole Miller, Nina Ricci, Oscar De La Renta, Paco Rabanne, Prada, Proenza Schouler, Ralph Lauren, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo, Sonia Rykiel, Sportmax, Stella McCartney, Tommy Hilfiger, Valentino, Versace, Victoria's Secret, Viktor & Rolf, Yves Saint Laurent, Zac Posen & more.  Â
March 17Mar 17 The show is very impressive! Amazing location! But she did not make a good impression on me at all. She looks so old here.... Aging has also affected her beauty, her lips are getting thinner, eyelids slightly drooping, cheeks losing volume and so many wrinkles right now. If I saw her walking down the street like this, I wouldn't turn around and think wow, she's flawless. I wish she had taken better care of her skin like Candice, Carolyn Murphy, Alessandra, and Adriana. Â Better quality.
March 17Mar 17 She looks the same!!! If Carolyn, Candice, Alessandra and Adriana stand next to Doutzen without any make-up, they will all look much worse! She is aging perfectly and looks flawless!Â
