I don't think she is with elite anymore, i know she was there and with irene marie, but it looks like elite is no more. Raica is now with Next Model Agency. I don't know when that occured and i didn't hear about any of that here, at least i don't think. Though i'm assuming it's something recent. But i found photos of her with next model agency including the polaroid below, that's from Next. FYI, incase no one knew. She's just no longer on the elite roster as i've seen in the past, though irene marie still has her on theirs. Here are some photos. I'm not sure if they are new, some look vaguely familiar but went through the entire thread and don't think i saw these or at least some of them, so hopefully theres something new, maybe the polaroid and the third pic at the bottom, i remember seeing a couple photos from that ad, but not sure if i saw this particular one, probably and i just missed it. Enjoy, I got some other ones, but they aren't great quality though they are large size, so i'm gonna try edit them a bit and then post hopefully in better quality. Don't think they are particulary new as i know i've seen some of them here, i know a few i've seen here were posted pretty small. The original quality of the photos weren't very good at all, so i tried to edit them and downsized them a little, believe me they look better now then before, but that's the best i could do.
