February 10, 200916 yr I guess what bothers me the most about Bar getting it is that people like Ana Beatriz (who was in the magazine for like 8 or so years) never got the cover. And now ABB isn't even in it anymore. I think that's sad, because she really deserved it after that long. Oh well. Such is life. Now back to some Irina. Guess S/S '08. Some of these are repeats, but they're a little bit larger than we've seen before.
February 10, 200916 yr What's everyone's take on Irina's SI pictures? I think they're alright, but I feel they could have been so much better. Perhaps they "underachieved" with her to leave something for when they do give her the cover?
February 10, 200916 yr The only thing I've seen so far is that little snippet of a video preview. I guess I can't judge until I see the actual pics. Last year's and the year before were pretty. The cowgirl pics were my favorite of the two.
February 10, 200916 yr Okay...now that I've seen them... Yeah, SS, I totally get what you mean by being disappointed. They could have done so much better. What was with some of those locations? Somebody's balcony with wires in the way? I think they need to fire that photographer. Which is not to say there aren't some really good ones--Topless on the beach? YOWZA!! That one is desktop material. And naked Irina in bodypaint? I'll take that any day! But overall, definitely not up to par with previous years. Still--hoping someone grabs the videos for us!
