It was more than that, Kate mentioned Lily and one of the SI employees in a tweet about going to or leaving a SI location. I know Kate & Lily are friends but I don't see why else Kate would mention Lily if they weren't shooting together.

She has a perfect body for any type of modeling. It would be a amazing surprise if she got SI.
