ok...i gave it a little more of a natural color and there was some dust on it that i removed and some speckles, some noise too but not too much...i also removed the frame

its no good natural looking...i will post the other one in a few

I think you need to sharpen the face a little but otherwise good job !! I have no idea how to remove the speckles
