These fitness influencers are viral on social media but for the wrong reasons- the reality is that they are not promoting fitness, but body dysmorphia and the practice of becoming enslaved to the body to maintain an unrealistic appearance.

These people over-exercise like crazy and spend a huge part of their life exercising, often with the use of steroids and other drugs. They are aging themselves faster than they should be and causing future health problems. They shouldn't be considering themselves to be role models.
