The success of UA Eats' channel over a very short period time is a rather strange and telling one.

He is turning into a very polarizing food reviewer on the platform.

He has very poor knowledge of fine dining and cooking but he reviews everything with a main focus on 'working man's food- steakhouses and sandwiches.

His editing is bare bones, he doesn't script, he rambles on and on with mostly nonsense for 20 minutes. He is not polished in his speaking and has a lot of ignorant comments. He is not good looking and his face is difficult to look at, at times.

But he outperforms his more knowledgeable/researched competitor's videos because pumps out 2 videos a week and they don't- also his videos are more authentic.

Also his crowd is anti-fine dining/anti-the rich so he has more mass populist appeal. A lot of his videos has him sh*tting on expensive establishments and he has a poor immigrant's obsession with 'the price' of everything even when sitting down at a $300 Michelin star restaurant.
