The torture of the prisoners by American soldiers/interrogation specialists is truly sadistic and horrific. The insanity of it all is 1. how the hell did they come up with these obscene torture methods in the first place 2. the US taxpayer is paying men to torture these prisoners- who the hell are these masked men who are recruited/forced for the job?

I doubt that the Ukrainians and the Russians that are currently torturing each other in Ukraine or radical islamists are as sick as the US military/CIA
