They are from a shoot with April Hubal for Maniac Magazine. Kate was on the cover of this magazine whilst with Elite Model Management in Miami. She was the Jan-December 08 cover. Are Esquire reusing them or are they fakes?? Check out April Hubal's site with a gallery of the photo shoot in question. To achieve a waist that small in reality the woman would need to drop to 13 to 15 inches and she'd need to live in a corset. Something that neither Bar, Kate or Candice does. Candice only looks like she has a smaller then average waist because of freakishly wide child rearing hips that's left her looking shaped like a cello when she has a pushup on.
