Qball
Do you have any tips for avoiding hangovers? After some heavy drinking, I drink as much mineral water as I can just before going to bed. Works every time!
TooBoku
That is actually the best remedy. Hangovers are caused due to dehydration.I tend to stay away from harder liquor anyway though I do appreciate the occasional scotch or tequila. So long as rum is avoided (with the exception of coconut rum), I don't skip a beat. I've been rum free for a while now and I haven't dry humped a relative in years.I usually stick to the premium beers and red wines nowadays. I only drink expensive. It has a lower alcohol concentration ergo suffer less dehydration per volume of beverages consumed. I usually don't even have to drink any extra water. Before I gained that knowledge though I used to just pig out at Pop-eye's.

TheBaronOfFratton
A real hangover is nothing to try out family remedies on. The only cure for a real hangover is death.
azgirl
I think we are all in agree ment... plenty of hydration before drinking prevents hang overs.. Also knowing your limit can also help .. drinking too much too fast not only can cause alcohol poisoning but can dehydrate you pretty quick as you may throw up.. and/or over stimilate you bladder.
