Has anyone bought her book "Treasure Yourself" , i've seen it avaliable on Amazon.co.uk but i didn't even know it was out yet, the reviews seem good...and im definatley going to purchase ! the cover itself is BEAUTIFUL!

she has some excerpts posted on her blog. from what I can tell, it seems heavily based in Buddhist teachings. Of course, she has said that her book is sort of a compilation of things that has helped her and there is some of her commentary on each piece of advice.
