I just got Adobe CS3. But I have noooooo idea how on earth to use it at all. If anyone knows where I could find a good tutorial, so I too could make great Adriana wallies, i'd appreciate it.

Your very welcome. Yes Photoshop has a learning curve to it, but it pays off at the end when you can create your own personal work of art to share with the world. Keep practicing and you will be the best.
