Camila Alves had a ''really tough'' third pregnancy.

The Brazilian model - who gave birth to son Livingston in late December and also shares son Levi, four, and daughter Vida, three, with her 'Magic Mike' star husband Matthew Mcconaughey - has revealed she endured lots of complications during her latest pregnancy and she is still recovering.

The 31-year-old beauty told 'The View' on Wednesday (13.03.13): ''This time around it has been a really tough recovery. I had a really tough pregnancy. I had all kind of things happen throughout the pregnancy. I had really tough pains and I kept telling the doctors.''

Camila eventually gave birth via a C-section and admitted it has been tough recovering from it.

She said: ''I am not able to exercise because of the recovery that I have now. I can't pick up my kids really, I have another four weeks to go.''

The brunette model revealed that she hasn't lost all of her baby weight but is trying to slim down by drinking almost four litres of water a day and avoiding dairy products.

Camila recently revealed that her life changed for the better the second she and Matthew wed in a small ceremony last June after six years together.

She mused: ''It's like we've been married for so long. When you've been together so long and then get married, something inside of you changes. I can't tell you what exactly it is but it's for your kids, it's all one thing. Like at the airport you can all go the same line, that's nice.''
