No, of course it looks good, but it is not more natural if she has her own hair colour.. So I question, if its a handicap to have coloured hair..

Don't think so (that it is a handicap)... Look at Heidi....

yes, but heidi coloured her hair after she gets famous, didn't she?

But really I cannot imagine that it should matter... Coloring hair is sooo normal and so easily changed.

Personally I don't have a problem with her being a blonde, but she needs the right shade. Right now it's kind of yellow and too long, I'd prefer something like this though:
