"A humorous and chic reinterpretation of traditional Menswear" The show featured four star models from the 80s: Violetta Sanchez, Amalia Vairelli, Axelle Doué, and Claudia Huidobro. These are 2 pages from the Vogue Sposa Italy September 1984 #10 (cover in the post before). The layout is called "VIGILIA DI FESTA", photos by Francois Deconinck. I was sure that the girl on the right was Heather; the girl on the left I could believe is not; if it's definite that they are the same girl, then I don't know which way to go. However, I checked Heather's bio again, and Wikipedia lists her as born in Sept. '68, FMD, Sept. '69 If this layout is from Sept. '84, that would make her, at the oldest, 15 years old at the time of shooting, which seems implausible. FMD also says that she first briefly started modeling at 17, then dropped out for awhile and started again at age 21. That would be around 1990 or so, and her earliest covers etc are from 1991, so that fits. Conclusion: If this layout is from '84, the girl, however lovely, cannot be Heather.
