Schemer is right on that one: you are all wrong  and "oui" French Kiki I am, you can send me a Pm to finish the conversation, if you want :) but knows that i totally disagree with everything you said :shifty:

Kiki, I noticed that for some people a girl wearing short skirt is a dirty hooker. So afterall, in the end, I guess it takes a dirty mind to think of dirty things. And that is my only explanation I have for people seeing hookers everywhere.

I can tell you that I have a very kinky dirty mind and I see nothing dirty or "prostitute like" in that picture,

sexual but not tacky, just sensual.

And the whole photoshoot is kind of an homage of the pin-up of the 70's that were more "rock & roll" and sexual than the one from the 50's. It reminds me Jennifer Janesko art work or Greg Hildebrandt.

When a short skirt is wearing beautifully, there's nothing bad. You'd like to see your sister or your daughter strike the pose like this with those clothes ( talking about Palvin's photo ) ? I know that a lot of people will say that she's hot and that they would like to **** her, and I know it not because that's what I think but because THAT'S WHAT I READ AND HEAR. It's not against Barbara, once again what I love is to see the Haute Couture and Prêt-à-Porter runways and to shoot the girls after they walked. That's what Fashion is for me.

When you see a mannequin, Саша Лусс for exemple, there's something mystic, strange, like if they were from an other world. The real model is not the one that you see in those freaking gossip magazines, but the ones who really work ! The ones you fan see during every NY, Milan, London and Paris Fashion Week. This is modeling.

Now I will not say more, 'cause I know everyone don't agree with ( it's okay about that ) and I don't want to be the one that will be bashed because I don't agree with other people.

EDiT : I'm not a fucking puritan, and surely not an fucking féminist. Bye :)

I have a suspicion that your mind is not THAT dirty as I thought :p ;)

I like that photoshoot too and just like you, see nothing dirty or prostitute about it :idk: I love art - and fashion at that - because it comes in many forms and has no limits, no borders, no "traditions" to keep or rules to strictly follow. Art, for me, means freedom, the only real freedom a human mind can achieve.

The best thing is, you can always choose - because there is such a huge range from which to choose. And I definitely love this kind of art and have to say that Barbara looks amazing in that picture.

I see nothing wrong with expressing your opinion - and the consequences (that everyone does not agree with you) come naturally with it anytime you decide to speak up "publicly".

To answer your question - You'd like to see your sister or your daughter strike the pose like this with those clothes ( talking about Palvin's photo ) - I couldn´t care less. As I wrote in reaction to Kiki:

Your perception of fashion is different and so will be everyone else´s - from my point of view, I have to say I love Sasha Luss, I enjoy her work, I can deeply enjoy HF as well as commercial and for example I love Nina Agdal and don´t give a shit if there are people who think she is not a "real" model because she doesn´t walk fashion weeks or work with the "real" designers.

I generally hate the "real whatever" label (real model, real woman, real art...) because it´s a logical nonsense. All these things are extremely subjective and should be treated that way. Whatever floats your boat, I say. Enjoy what you like and let others enjoy what they like.

I have a few more Instagram photos of Barbara in Tokyo. I'll only put the link now, because of how many photos there are, so I won't create an extremely long post. :)
