Well if you want to buy a second striker then I'd definitely buy Kuijt! He's class in that position and does so well playing off a main striker. It's his preferred position as well :p

Not sure where he's playing for Feyenoord though (as out-and-out or mediapunto) He played a similar role for Holland, although it was as a right wingforward, but he stuck to the middle more than the wings. He creates play so well and he's always in good positions!

Go Kuijt!

but i heard that Spurs were getting Kuyt :cry2:

ummm yeh so? he can support Keane and Defoe

Keane and Defoe can't play together though and we need someone to replace Mido unless something bad happens or whatever or just to give extra competition for places 'cos Rasiak is poor :(

right, i'm back . . .

the fans do Nazi salutes!!!! what more do you want as evidence of radicalism?!!!

Raul is one person not all the fans!!! Robbie Savage spitting on an Italian shirt isn't the entire Welsh population spitting on an Italian shirt and Raul being a nancy-pantsy goodwill-ambassador doesn't impart that title to all Real fans :cain:

you must admit that the motives of Real in the Far-East are totally financial!!!

i know that Ultra-Sur aren't official but the club don't tackle them in any way shape or form. they tolerate the Ultra-Sur and that is a piss-poor example for any big team. if any English clubs (or the English national side) had fans like that then England and English teams would be excluded from Europe for many years as happened (i think unfairly) in the 1980's . . .

every club has a radical element. The Brits just conceal theirs well since the clamp down on hooliganism :cain:

and the ban on all English fans was unfair   BAWHAHAHAAHAHAHA

i know that many clubs have radical elements but it is inexcusable to let people behave in such a manner and not to tackle the blatant racist chanting and other totally despicable acts . . .

I meant he can support Defoe or Keane. Whoever plays.

He can provide competition to Mido as well, though I think Mido would permanently be on the sidelines if you get Kuijt

True that. But it's in Italy and it's all over Spain. I don't know what the deal is in Italy, but I think there is still some racism in certain communities in Spain. I hear about neighbourhoods where people hang swastikas up :o :ninja:

I read a rumour (!!!!) today which says that Real also considered the purchase of Ronaldinho before Barca, ---

Just like how Juve decided not to buy Kaka because his name means poo

and Marseille didn't accept Zidane cause he was too slow

and how some club traded Totti for a bag of soccer balls

w00t Spurs! 2-0!

their first clean sheet in god knows how long

4th place is theirs!!!

Mido is on fire. Barry, :shifty:, was that his last game before he jets off to Africa?

he's jetting back too

Mido might be injured though :( . . . he will be back for the Liverpool game though :D

time to whoop yo Scouse asses and take another step towards 3rd place . . . . only 1 point and 2 games in-hand away :shifty:

Spurs totally bossed City today. City had no shots on target :ddr:

the tackle on Lee Young-Pyo was scandalous!!! :o i just pray that he's not seriously injured 'cos he's classic!!

yeah, what's up with Paolo Di Canio Nazi saluting now? he never did that in the Premiership. in fact he seemed a top gent apart from when he pushed over the referee  . . .

i get irritated that UEFA seemingly ignore indiscretions by some European countries or teams and unfairly victimise British teams. why do we always get threatened with expulsion from tournaments <_<

Liverpool are gonna present Kromkamp to the press later toay apparently . . .

reckon he's a good buy, Ed?

Spurs-Liverpool should be a good game. The score wasn't settled last time, but we were in poor form. Based on current form (bar the Bolton game) I'd be happy to argue that we play the best football in La Liga :ermm: I mean the EPL

Come get some!!! :lullaby: :bellazon:

I think he'll need time to settle, but he was a good performer in the Dutch League, so he should be halfway there with regards to getting used to the physical nature and fast pace of the Premier League. He can speak english and all he needs to do is settle and play with his new teammates. Once he has the tactics down, the all that's left is to take Finnan's spot (not an easy task :p ) Overall, if he can reproduce some good form, then he'll be a good buy swap

what position does Kromkamp and Agger play?

Liverpool will be a better team without Traore

Real was very close to deal with PSG, but the player prefered to go to Barca, because agreement between Real and PSG assumed that he could spend one more year in Paris and he didn't want to wait. The mistake of Real was that, they had decided to bring David Beckham that year, and couldn't afford 2 big transfers in one year. The buying with one year loan could be solution, but at the end things didn't come right, as usually in such plans.

Ugliness isn't a problem in Real Madrid, what entirely confirms such transfers as Gravesen and now Cassano ;)

both defenders :)

apparently Rafa has been watching Agger for a long time and he sees him as the natural replacement for Hyypia when he leaves . . .

HAHAHAHAHAHA What's this about Real Madrid not being able to afford the money? :cain: They have

As Barry said.

Kromkamp plays right back or right wing back.

Agger is a centre-back. Not too sure about his versatility though :/

And those damn Teesiders (from Boro) are challenging us for O'Neil. He's really expensive too!

well, nearly everyone in the footballing world knew it was a bad move not to get Ronnie. I would've sold Beckham straightaway for Ronnie. And I did notice Ronnie saying he loved Manyoo, then Barca. That was stupid. Where is the loyalty nowadays?
