    Edit: nevermind, found my own answers! Logan J is an on-camera reporter for SoCal.com, and they did a bunch of interviews with the other Angels as well, although none of them gave Logan anything or got a good-luck charm and all those huges in return from her:

    They're actually her half brothers. After her dad left, he remarried and had children.

    So I guess she considers them brothers brothers :D
