Yes, but she corrected just after saying it. She already did this mistake once in a vsfs 2012 backstage interview, I guess she is used to say "x times a day" more then "x times a week" so when she is talking fast it's understandable she can make confusion.

It makes sense if she work out six times a week and i like how she eager to give advice about work out, she really likes it.
