October 1, 201014 yr Abbey Q&A from Australian VogueIf Mulberry were to name a bag after you a la Alexa, what would you want it to look like?Like it just fell out of the sky somewhere in India and landed in the 60s.What's your favourite Mulberry item at the moment?The leopard-print bags and booties.Tell us about the decision to dye your locks peroxide blonde?I have always had an obsession with the idea of an enchanted world full of elves and mermaids and snow princesses so I have always wanted hair to look more a part of the world I dream of. The cut I have is perfect for it too because it makes it very Marilyn Monroe, who I love. What three beauty items can't you live without?Deep red lipstick, rose water spray and concealer.What people inspire you in your work?Freja inspires me as a model. She is so strong and calm even when everything around her is going crazy.Who has been your favourite photographer to work with?Karl Lagerfeld is my favourite person to shoot with. He's sweet, interesting to talk to and treats you like a princess.When getting dressed or going shopping, where do you look to for style inspiration?I don't take inspiration from outside sources. What I wear reflects how I'm feeling that day.You must travel so much. Where is your favourite destination?So far Thailand, but there are many places I dream to be yet.What do you think of the new crop of Aussie models hitting the international scene?Australian models are generally well accepted in this business, we work hard and stay cool.
