Important parts of what I posted, translated:

France Info: You have many friends among the players. What did they tell you over the phone that can be said here?

Pierre Ménès: That those who spoke had lied. That the atmosphere was dreadful. That the way Yoann Gourcuff was treated was very close to racism, or even homophobia, which is very surprising for a guy who is not gay

Vikash Dhorasoo: (…) We exclude him [Yoann Courcuff], because he’s different.

Christophe Hondelatte: (…) When you say that he’s a little different, when someone’s elegant people say that “he isn’t married”, you think that this may have affected his relationship with the rest of the group?

VD: Yes. There is too much difference in him. He’s handsome, he’s white, he’s certainly not a Muslim, he plays very good, he talks football very well, his father is a coach…

CH: And he doesn’t go around telling how many chicks he screwed the night before?

VD: I don’t know. I wouldn’t go that far, but either way there are many differences and that may have been a problem sometime.

This is an exert from an article about Jeremy Toulalan and the French NT drama that talks about Yoann.

Toulalan owns up to his role in Les Bleus' boycott

"I'm not proud of what I did but I accept responsibility," he said. "There were no ringleaders and no slaves, no good guys and no bad guys. We were all involved and we are all responsible because nobody said a word (against the boycott)," he said.

The midfielder also denied playmaker Yoann Gourcuff had been ostracised and even physically threatened by more senior players like Franck Ribery or Anelka.

"It's totally untrue. I even heard that I had to pull apart Franck and Yoann, It's a load of rubbish. They never had an argument," he said.

You beat me to it.

What I find weird is that both Chamakh and Gourcuff's father have hinted at the fact that Yoann had been bullied.

Apparently both Cisse and Gourcuff were against the strike, though (the article basically says that they apologized and said that they weren't allowed to say no to the strike).

Edit: featurette on him on Telefoot

For those who can't speak French, the higlights are:

-He went through hell during the FWC

-His Bordeaux teammates and staff were disappointed that he didn't play the last game for Bordeaux to save himself for the FWC

-More Lyon transfert rumors

-Squashing of Arsenal tranfert rumor

And now a little (off-topic) rant about Toulalan:

Fire your press officer. Cause somebody who A) helps you lead a strike two days before an important game and B) allows you to talk about it when you alomost got out unscathed doesn't have your best interest in mind. I don't get why he came forwsard, unless it was about to come out in the press and, then, he made the smarter move. But otherwise, not only did he stain his career, he stained everybody else's. Before his stupid interview, people just thought "Oh Evra and Ribéry bullied everyone into striking" now people might just think it was unanimous after all.

aw, it is so sad to hear that he did not play games for bordeaux to be fit for the WC. and for the WC to turn into complete disaster. but i still dont understand why those senior player had such animosity towards him. it is surprising cos in every articles n news he comes across as nice guy.

and after what toulalan said, i am surprised too cos how can a so called nice guy like toulalan, think of going on a strike before such important game. may be it is true that ballers have no brain

Laurent wouldn't have let him play anyway. He had said again and again he was "saving" him for the World Cup.

I don't think they hated him as much as it was reported, but they clearly had little in common.

I, too, was disappointed in Toulalan and especially Evra. I know they were in the heat of the moment but really, not once did they think about how stupid they looked and sounded?

Anyways, Yoann is back in Bordeaux and having fun, so that's that.

I have heard that, too. IMO, if he actually decides to cut the entire team, he shouldn't make an exception for Yoann. If Yoann is really disliked by the players on the NT then any favoritism Blanc shows towards him will probably only increase the animosity the others feel towards him. Besides, cutting Yoann for 1 or 2 friendlies isn't going to kill him, and it allows other players who didn't get to go to South Africa to show what they can do. That's just my two cents, though.
