Gee.. looks like someone resized the smaller pictures to bigger ones and had to make them 'smoother' to look better.. but they did a horrible job at it, sorry to say.

I was going to say the same thing. =0

It looks as good as possible considering what was attempted...it's impossible to resize pics to double, triple their size without loss in quality.
