That's quite surprising for me tbh, she goes from "many" to "some", so maybe it's just two or three, but given the fact that I, for example, have a ton of gay friends and nobody has it (as far as I know, of course, but they all act very responsibly and HIV is a huge topic for them), I think it's surprising that it seems to be more or less normal in fashion.
