There are no words to describe how much I appreciate the fact that we have so many vintage fashion models enthusiasts here.
And it’s all thanks to the people who have been identifying models and sharing their scans here for years and continue to do so. We’re all gathering around people like you, missparker, RocketQueen, BlueAcadia and some others who unfortunately are no longer posting here.

Marvellous video - it works just like a time machine.

Today everything gets documented, but how precious it is to see these short scenes of Louis Féraud painting, or his seamstresses creating all those beautifully crafted pieces - not to mention the unbelievably gorgeous models

I had the opportunity to speak with a very high-level seamstress and she told me that it is difficult to find new talent... One of the causes of the decline of European high fashion...

We can still find gorgeous models but not unbelievably gorgeous models. Today I am inclined to nostalgia.
