It's from an TV show, but it's where the reporter asked for a kiss, so he gave her one and afterwards she joked that she didn't know where she was and was seeing stars or something to that effect. So she's not his girlfriend, just a lucky girl! It was nice of him to give her a kiss, he's such a sweet person.Edit: I found it...
