January 12, 200916 yr New York magazine March 25, 1985 Here's the cover (just for reference) and an ad for Cosmopolitan which has Paulina in it (I found it by accident on the Internet New York magazine archives and was able to purchase the issue so I could scan the ad myself) the picture of Paulina's face is flipped, so here it is "fixed" smaller
