    Not to sound superficial, but I really hope that if she decides to have children, she does so with Victor rather than Fabio. Marriage is about who you get along best with, and if that is Fabio than so be it, but his facial features are really weak and they would be unlikely to produce a fabulous child. Victor on the other hand, I think would give her exceptional looking children.
