The first was symmetry. Always gravitating towards pattern and repetition, I wanted to see the girls mimic each other, look like each other, move in unison,” explains Valenti.“The other was friendship and joy. I love seeing shoots where the models appear as though they’re having fun — and not fake fun — but the kind of fun where you can really tell the girls truly like each other and are having a good time. As a viewer, I think it’s actually more relatable and it’s so refreshing. It’s important to keep things light in between the more somber or serious-looking shoots…”We couldn’t agree more.
