Who is this? model? actress? What's her name?

Hey, mates! Just wondering if you could possibly help me ID this particular person. I do have a feeling that she's a B-list actress, or at least a model of sorts as I do find her face familiar, I just can't put a name to it. She appeared on a Lonely Island music video, Hugs, with Pharrell Williams. At first, I thought it was Nicola Peltz, but don't seem to be.
