I think Jax is going to stick around. It sounds like everyone is behind him to make some changes after Clay steps down... And Bobby was PISSED! And if Clay lays a hand on Piney I'm gonna crawl in there and remove his junksticles!!!!!! I'm sure Opie and Jax wouldn't just stand by and let him get away with it though. It would start another war in the club.
