I, too, never understood this. They should only workout 4 x a week with different routines. They workout like they needed to lose 100lbs. They should just maintain their weight. They will lose muscle mass if they do it too much.

It's already Nov. 8th in the afternoon here. Really jealous that some of you guys are gonna be updated in real time about the show.

Super pumped and nervous at the same time I really do hope her walk is strong. I wish she does have a great outfit too. But I would not mind if it is not. If she has a strong walk, she would kill it regardless.

Oh alright. It's just for me it was still consistent. But idk. But as clauds said, it's Lo's 1st year so it is okay if she gets an ugly outfit but hopefully she is not in pink.

I think I am going overboard but Lo is like that lil' kid from despicable me. Even she got an ugly outfit, she is still really happy about it.
