It looks like the book was originally published in 1980, but this edition is from 1981. So def not Turlington. There is an online copy at the Internet Archive, but I don't see any credit for the cover model.

Oops, I found the model thread first, but I see this one is more active. I found this ad in a 2003 issue of Teen Vogue. Pretty sure it is Taylor. I will do a better scan if anyone is interested.

Well, I was wrong about this: Filippa did appear on the cover of Elle Oriental, November, 2008. I guess I had not looked back far enough.
