For sure. We see the end result, the smiling pics and the nice locations, but the reality is that there is a lot of transit time involved, time alone, watching diet, being around people you don't necessarily like that much, constant judgment etc. Hard on the body & mind. Personally, I wouldn't want to do it.

As a boxing fan I know head to head photos can be a little bit misleading. If you look, the rato(sp) girl has her head tilted back making her look taller while SS's head is leaning slightly forward which has the opposite effect. that's 5'4 though, I'm 6'1, my mother is 5'4 and Sara is visibly taller than her. .

Looks like one of those glossy magazine pics where the girl just looks flawless.

Makes sense, your own people can detect any front you put on, it's more difficult for foreigners to pick up on it. Also, I think people are generally more free and expressive outside of their own countries too with less inhibitions. Did you find an English translation of the interview or do you speak Portuguese?

The Sampaio androgeny talk reminds me of Portuguese footballer (soccer) who used to get stick for looking like a woman called Nuno Gomes: Prancing around with hair-band on didn't help. On Sara, I saw her with little to no make-up on, she looks as feminine as the next girl. It's just certain photos and looks can bring out different features.

I like her pics with Miss Sampaio Stella should get on twitter, she's missing out on a fair amount of exposure.
