  1. I understand for the outside world that it's interesting to know what models eat and what they do to stay fit though, but people seem to forget models are still people as well and at the end of the day they also like to sit down and have a nice simple meal or just relax and watch a movie. I wouldn't say that the promotion of unnaturally skinny models is more damaging, it's just as damaging as encouring unhealthy eating habits such as eating too much and too much of unhealthy foods. This is not directed at anyone btw, just a general observation. There doesn't really seem to be an in between anymore.
  2. @clouds You made a good point saying it might just be her growing into her adult body. I personally do not find it a good idea though to promote eating all these unhealthy things right before she has to do the show or other work? There's also a big difference between eating a hamburger at home when you prepare it yourself with fresh ingredients vs going to McDonalds/In n Out/other junk food chains where they put who knows what in the meat and all the other food you can get there... to me it seems she doesn't really care that's it unhealthy. I'm not saying she has to live off salads 365 days a year... but this whole "oh I eat junk food a lot" hype is just getting really boring.
  3. Something tells me it's not a "healthy" weight gain at all. If you have to believe these kind of interviews: http://www.elle.com/beauty/a41103/taylor-hill-victoria-secret-fashion-show-2016/ then her diet basically consists of only burgers, hot cheetos (which she claims to eat in one go, I don't understand how anyone can do that), m&m's and... oh wait, more junk food? The only good thing here is the chicken. http://www.harpersbazaar.com.au/health-fitness/taylor-hill-diet-calories-6651 3000 calories a day? No wonder she's gaining. Even if she is working out, if she really eats all that junk every day or often, it's far from healthy and pointless for her to work out if she's just going to have another unhealthy meal after working out.
  4. I don't see her staying with VS if she continues gaining weight. I can't see VS being okay with it if she keeps on gaining and gaining while the rest of the girls are fit and slim.
  5. Sorry but compared to the rest of the angels there, she doesn't look very "model esque"... Even her face has lost that special something she used to have.

Neither Traveling by train or airplane?
  7. Haircut looks amazing. Glad she finally changed something about her looks, it's refreshing. Now if only Candice got the memo to cut her hair
  8. @Clauds Why would Ana Beatriz suddenly come back? Last time she worked with them was 2009 and she is pregnant at the moment, no idea how far along exactly (I'm guessing 5/6 months) so I don't see her being there at all... unless VS is coming out with a maternity line we haven't heard or seen anything of.
  9. ^ What is going on with Taylors legs in that picture?? They look weird. Elsa on the other hand looks great with the short hair.
  10. No I haven't had cheese in months Did you like going to school?
  11. Have never had it so can't say (I feel like I'm the only person in the world left who hasn't tried it) Roast potatoes

Blue Hot toast so the butter will melt or let it cool down before adding butter?
  13. I guess everyone exaggerates to a certain point, but models/other famous people play this persona a lot more than your average Joe would and lie a lot more. I think the problem here is though that many young girls look up to these people and don't realize that what they're portraying isn't correct or always what it seems like. To adults it seems obvious that it's not as glamorous as they would like us to think, but then again there are lots of people out there who (for an example) truly believe life in NYC is exactly like the characters on let's say Friends, Gossip Girl, HIMYM, etc... Some things are true yes, but most of it is just exaggerated like crazy. I think the fashion world and entertainment industry would be a lot more interesting if they were a little more realistic at times, but I'm afraid that won't happen either as people like having this fantasy to look at/dream about... No one can win I guess.
  14. I guess when you put it that way, yeah it makes sense for them to say so, but it makes me wonder how they can actually constantly lie about these things, like how do the people in their private lives know when they're being genuine or not? That's something I'd definitely "worry" about if I ever got into contact with one of them and got to know them. They're so used to saying "Oh I loooove this and that!" when they just have to say it because that's how the business works and make the public believe all these things. I mean, where do they even draw the line?
  15. I know that which makes it (in my opinion) even more ridiculous when models start saying things like I previously mentioned. It just clashes and makes absolutely no sense.
  16. I'm all for using social media as a platform to inform and educate others about important things but the way she made it sound is like 95% her account is all about "inspiring" others and "doing good"... Sorry, where? Pretty much all of her pictures are about her, her work or something random. It's great that she does charity work but do we really get to see much of it? Not really. I know she supported the anti human trafficking organisation FAIR girls which is great, but that was years ago. If she's doing all these great things now, why not show it? Same goes for Sara's comment about how she wants to be a good role model and how she doesn't want girls to think they have to look like her, but to be the best version of themselves. Okay... Sounds amazing but she seems to forget that if a "normal" non famous girl would post all the things she does (constantly in bikini's, half naked, butt pictures/selfies/whatever) she would get called all sorts of things. She's a model and it's what people are used to seeing so they do it anyway, but for her to think that their half naked pictures inspire all girls all over the world to be the best version of themselves? Please. If anything, I think more girls and women get even more insecure when seeing these models flaunt their "perfect" lives. There's a lot more to life than showing yourself half naked and pretending to have the perfect life when it's probably not all that behind the scenes.
  17. Elsa's great and all but I wish these models would shut up about "doing good" by posting literally nothing but selfies all day. What she said makes no sense. How is a selfie of you butt naked going to help anyone besides a bunch of horny people? Good to see her and Sara get along though, it seems pretty genuine... compared to others when they're standing with Sara
  18. Because people love to bitch about pretty much anything nowadays and think it's totally normal.
  19. @freevsangel What's wrong with her nipples?
  20. You and a few others here seem to be unaware of something called a personal opinion. I never said that what he said is right or that it's not shocking, but again, IN MY OPINION, there are far more important things to worry about than things like this. However, it's quite odd no one here thinks it's not okay to have other people their private phone calls? I guess privacy isn't as important anymore, or wait, does the double standard apply here again, as it often does? Celebrities and other well known people should just accept that and deal with it, and be okay with having every little detail of themselves out there on the internet? I wonder how you and others here would feel if details about your private lives would be out there for everyone to see and read, I highly doubt you would consider it okay and normal.
  21. So because he is famous and well known all over the world he should just sit in a chair all day, be quiet and not say anything that might shock others? People have said far more perverted things than what Charles said. I personally don't really care for what he said and wouldn't want a man to say that to me, but people should really stop taking everything so seriously and act like he's the devil for saying that. I think there are more important things out there to worry about than Charles wanting to be a tampon. And btw, secure phone or not, a phone call between him and Camilla is still a private one.

    Casual Breakfast or dinner?
  23. Again, where did I say I'm okay with it? For the last time: I simpy do not care what he said or didn't say to her during a private phone call. It's nobody's business. Learn to read before you twist someone's words.
  24. *Luna* replied to x2121's topic in General Talk
    Intelligent Rain or snow?
  25. Well I guess everyone has a different idea of what looks normal and what doesn't...
