Got a question.......who is her best friend in the modeling world? anyone heard or know? just curious. And, a comment........I think she and Orlando, of all the famous couples, show the most affection to each other and seem the most genuinely in love. I think they will have a lovely marriage.

David Jones might have lost its ceo Mark McInnes and now even its new face Miranda Kerr, at least just for one season - with Kerr announcing on the Nine Network's Today Show this morning that she and Orlando Bloom have married and she will be skipping the department store's August 3 Spring/Summer runway showcase. But DJs has gained a fabulous replacement for the show: Abbey Lee Kershaw. Sources close to Kershaw confirm that Kershaw will be appearing at the show in place of Kerr. Once a David Jones Youth Ambassador, Kershaw is now ranked the world number five runway/editorial/advertising model by US-based model industry authority models.com (moving up one place in the space of a fortnight). It's a fantastic get for DJs. UPDATE: Sources also confirm that world number 12 Catherine McNeil is also doing the show, which is even better news for DJs. Other models include Nicole Trunfio, who did last season's show and Alexandra Agoston.

MIRANDA Kerr and Orlando Bloom have tied the knot, according to Channel 9 in a world exclusive this morning. Kerr's publicist Carli Lyon confirmed to Channel 9 this morning her client had married Bloom. David Jones were notified and Kerr was graciously released from her fashion duties to celebrate her nuptials. Kerr's mother Therese has spent the last few weeks in LA with her daughter and recently returned home. Rumours continue to swirl that Kerr is pregnant. Just a few weeks ago, after announcing her engagement, the Victoria's Secret and David Jones model said her Hollywood star husband-to-be would make a great father. "I have always been very open about wanting to be a mother one day," she told The Sunday Telegraph. Okay, to everyone who asked me to ask once again....... I absolutely give up. You can see the result. And, btw, fact is, it is dead from postings by really, really good posters for exactly the reasons in my request. Believe it or not, there are many pictures out there to be posted but interest has totally been lost and the desire to try to turn this post back to what it used to be has been shot and that's a sad thing, most especially for Bar. The up side is that there are many other forums who value these other wonderful, knowledgeable posters and what they do with other forums, many beautiful models, male and female to go around. God, we have some really, really great forums on BZ! When a few people take "ownership" of a forum, it doesn't work out. Good luck to you all here, though. I seriously mean it. I hope you can turn it around....truly do. No hard feelings, just asking for a lot of other people and it didn't work so that's that.

Leo has his own thread on BZ which would be a great place to post interviews that Leo does, says, thinks, etc. Thank you very much from those of us who come here to Bar's thread to read about Bar and go to Leo's thread if we want to read about him. Just makes it easier and less crazy here when you think you are going to see something about Bar and want to see Bar stand on her own, not on Leo's back, so to speak, and it's actually about Leo.
