I agree with this and sure hope there's no sex slavery/rape going on for any woman in the world, especially one who seems as amazing as Candice. with that said, based on how things like this work.... 3-4 years ago she could have been a "client" of one of the extremely high-end escorting ring companies where her minimum was set at $1 million... all that means is she gets a call if there's a request at that minimum and she still gets to decide if she wants to do it or not... again, regardless of how rich she is or how simple a life she leads from what she allows us as fans to see, $1 million or more for an hour? a night? of sex is a lot of money to turn down.

haha so true... love how people here think they are experts on what Candice does with her life... it's like when members her say they are crying over how she's glowing in her pregnancy and will be overly emotional when she gives birth... it's like... there's fandom and then there's scary obsession... relax

I totally get that and I agree. It's very hard to imagine her doing that stuff. She is different from so many models based on what she allows us to see. The small bits of her life we get to see. All i am saying is that it wouldn't TOTALLY SHOCK me if she has done it once or twice before. It's a very, very secretive thing that even if a rumor comes out... like this... is hard to prove anyways. But for all Candice shows us of her personal life and as awesome of a person as she seems... any woman in the industry can get that ridiculous offer and all it takes really is a matter of hours... they fly off on a private jet somewhere, land on a yacht off some amazing island, do the thing and it's over... and as fans, we'd never ever know.

As I said in my prior post, I don't think this is true and do think a company just scammed him but Australia is not out of the ordinary, it's a well-developed country. Not like they're meeting in Pakistan or something. Couldn't you ask the same thing about Los Angeles? I mean supermodels come from everywhere in the world and there is at least 1 if not more companies that arrange for rich men to sleep with supermodels and B-C list actresses all the time either on their yachts in the Pacific or in some mansion up in the Malibu or Hollywood hills. I mean, again, this is the lifestyle of the rich and the famous. If you can afford something you can make it happen. Again, in Candice's situation, while she seems like an extremely classy woman who stays loyal to her man because we don't see her out partying with scumbags like justin bieber... I would never put it past or blame any woman if they took $1 million for a sex session.

I am leaning towards thinking this guy was just an absolute idiot who got played by a company. Thinking he just said, how much for my favorite celebs/models... named his favorites... paid a price and the company laughed to the bank. With that all being said, I am not sure why anyone would be TOO surprised if it was true and any model/actress would take an extreme amount for 1 sexual encounter. $1.2 million for roughly 20 minutes of work is a ridiculous amount of money. It's their body, they can do what they want with it and it's really nobody else's business. While it would be hard for many to think of a woman like Candice as essentially a high-end escort at least once in her life, if you judge her for it, your life better be perfect.

Thrilled she got the cover. Hope it helps her get into SI swimsuit next year. Unfortunately, slightly disappointed there's apparently not even 1 photo of her glorious booty in the spread.

That picture is still available on like every single fan forum that there is. I just checked 7 other sites. Looks like VS really screwed up. I am very curious though what the big deal is here. I mean it's not like Candice has never done a nude shoot or had a nude photo released before where this is he first one and some massive invasion of her privacy or something...

Yeah you're right. I would hope she doesn't do any shows/runways while pregnant though. Could you imagine a bad fall like last year while pregnant. That would be bad. I'd have to think too much safety risk involved for runways.

Great news for her and good luck with the pregnancy to her and her soon-to-be husband. Going to be hard not seeing any new content from her for a year or longer. Heck, maybe she'll ride off into the sunset and retire now. not much more left for her to accomplish. I am sure they are financially stable and secure. Oh well. Congratulations Candice!

That's a good point. Like you said, there are people (many here) who would pay and be interested in having them as well as any other footage not shown on the network special. That's one thing I've never understood, personally, is where all the extra footage goes. You know where are hours of video shot for last night's show that didn't make air. So, it's just going to sit on some shelf at their offices collecting dust... why not release it somehow? I'll never understand that aspect of it.

OK fine, maybe not like crazy but it would sell and from a business/company perspective it would be a money-maker. The footage is all shot at the same time so it's somewhere on video. It doesn't cost a ton to make DVDs in bulk.

Fair enough with one caveat. I acknowledged she did get the most time of any girl, which was nice, but it could have been more. It just felt very short, especially the part with Behati. They began talking about the chemistry they have, showed like 25 seconds of the 2 of them posing together and it was over. Truth is, if VS was smart, they'd release a DVD version with all of the unused footage and behind-the-scenes stuff, that way nobody can complain... sell it for $20 online and ship it out, I bet it would sell like crazy. I'd buy it if i knew I got 5 more minutes of Candice content.

Quite frankly, I do not care about any other model. And the fact remains that whether it's Candice or Lais or anyone, Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato were on screen for way too much. It was the "Victoria's Secret Swimsuit Special" meaning you want to see primarily their models in swimsuits. It was not the "Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato concert" with VS models dancing around.

Yeah, that was incredibly disappointing show. Candice was easily the best part but not in it for nearly long enough. I think 3 minutes total not counting the brief cuts to her dancing during the live performances. Her shoots were obviously hot enough where they could have given her an entire show so I don't get why they had to cut her to such a short time. The biggest issue is that Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato's performances had them on cam for about half of the entire thing, if not more. It's supposed to be about the models in swimsuits, not the musical guests. Crossing my fingers some cool behind-the-scenes footage begins to roll out now that it's aired.

she's got to be the only A-lister who came to LA for Oscars week and left town BEFORE the Oscars... hahahahhaa

I'm 85% sure she will be. I mean I am 100% sure she's been invited since the after parties are thrown by big media companies and others where she undoubtedly has connections. So, the only reason for her not to go would be if she just doesn't feel like it or like her, Lily and Alessandra have a low-key, quiet Sunday night planned before she bolts town on Monday or Tuesday. (I'd assume).

It's eating me alive inside that she has been so close to where I live for like a week now and I can't meet her...

I really do want to but there's a few issues in reality... 1) there's almost zero way I'd get to meet her 2) there's most likely tons of security and it could lead to trouble I can't afford to get in 3) 99% chance that venue and even the beach there is private property meaning the moment I were to step foot on it I could be arrested. That's the case with most of Malibu, the beaches are owned by extremely wealthy actors/doctors/businesses. i love Candice and would do almost anything to meet her and get a quick photo with the most beautiful woman on the planet (at least IMHO) but I cannot afford to pay a huge fine or bond if they arrested me and threw me in jail, nor could I afford a criminal record

I could too, would be a 45 minute drive for me. I'd go if a) i 100% knew they were shooting today as well and it wasn't over yesterday and b) someone was with me cause I feel strange doing adventurous things alone

Maybe, but those don't start out here until Monday Feb. 22. I heard she was at some "expo" on Saturday the 20th but don't know which. Oh well, time has passed. Figured if it was for some promotion or what not, I'd try to get over to meet her real quick but not lucky enough for that.
