Fair enough with one caveat. I acknowledged she did get the most time of any girl, which was nice, but it could have been more. It just felt very short, especially the part with Behati. They began talking about the chemistry they have, showed like 25 seconds of the 2 of them posing together and it was over. Truth is, if VS was smart, they'd release a DVD version with all of the unused footage and behind-the-scenes stuff, that way nobody can complain... sell it for $20 online and ship it out, I bet it would sell like crazy. I'd buy it if i knew I got 5 more minutes of Candice content.

Quite frankly, I do not care about any other model. And the fact remains that whether it's Candice or Lais or anyone, Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato were on screen for way too much. It was the "Victoria's Secret Swimsuit Special" meaning you want to see primarily their models in swimsuits. It was not the "Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato concert" with VS models dancing around.

Yeah, that was incredibly disappointing show. Candice was easily the best part but not in it for nearly long enough. I think 3 minutes total not counting the brief cuts to her dancing during the live performances. Her shoots were obviously hot enough where they could have given her an entire show so I don't get why they had to cut her to such a short time. The biggest issue is that Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato's performances had them on cam for about half of the entire thing, if not more. It's supposed to be about the models in swimsuits, not the musical guests. Crossing my fingers some cool behind-the-scenes footage begins to roll out now that it's aired.

I'm 85% sure she will be. I mean I am 100% sure she's been invited since the after parties are thrown by big media companies and others where she undoubtedly has connections. So, the only reason for her not to go would be if she just doesn't feel like it or like her, Lily and Alessandra have a low-key, quiet Sunday night planned before she bolts town on Monday or Tuesday. (I'd assume).

It's eating me alive inside that she has been so close to where I live for like a week now and I can't meet her...

I really do want to but there's a few issues in reality... 1) there's almost zero way I'd get to meet her 2) there's most likely tons of security and it could lead to trouble I can't afford to get in 3) 99% chance that venue and even the beach there is private property meaning the moment I were to step foot on it I could be arrested. That's the case with most of Malibu, the beaches are owned by extremely wealthy actors/doctors/businesses. i love Candice and would do almost anything to meet her and get a quick photo with the most beautiful woman on the planet (at least IMHO) but I cannot afford to pay a huge fine or bond if they arrested me and threw me in jail, nor could I afford a criminal record

I could too, would be a 45 minute drive for me. I'd go if a) i 100% knew they were shooting today as well and it wasn't over yesterday and b) someone was with me cause I feel strange doing adventurous things alone

Maybe, but those don't start out here until Monday Feb. 22. I heard she was at some "expo" on Saturday the 20th but don't know which. Oh well, time has passed. Figured if it was for some promotion or what not, I'd try to get over to meet her real quick but not lucky enough for that.

Anyone know if there's some big event she's currently in Los Angeles for?

You're being way too picky and defensive by saying this. My comment and others that followed never said she was. I like almost all of her photos whether they show her butt or not. But, if we're being honest here, her butt is one of the things that makes her an amazing model. If it wasn't and people didn't find it amazing, then she wouldn't show it as much and Victoria's Secret and other companies wouldn't focus on it as much. She has a great booty, there's nothing wrong with her showing it off and her fans appreciating it.

This is exactly my thought. Simply put, VS doesn't want her/won't let her do it, especially now that they have pumped up their own swimsuit special. She's there's to make their swimsuit "issue" and TV special great and they aren't sharing her.

True. However, and correct me if I'm wrong here, but didn't they both do SI before VS? I think this is the case, but again, could be very wrong here. Either way, there has to be a reason why a company with as much exposure as SI, with the historic and great selling swimsuit issue, doesn't include a model like Candice. One would think it would be great for the magazine to have her and great exposure for Candice to be in it (not that she needs more exposure).

I think it would have happened by now, especially last year with Kate Upton leaving after only a few years, they could have used the boost Candice would have brought with her name recognition alone. I am wondering if there isn't something in her VS contract against it since they really amped up their swim issue and made it more of an "event." Last year they had a TV special for the first time. I doubt VS wants one of, if not their current biggest name, doing both. Granted, I'd love to see it. Candice in the body paint that SI does would be so hot.

Feels like the day I found out Santa wasn't real. Candice is a human being after all, not some alien from planet perfection... who woulda thunk it?

It really angers me that company would falsely advertise Candice being in their show and I hope her legal team goes after them. When they do that, many won't get mad at the company but instead get mad at Candice and she did nothing wrong. The company still made their money from all the tickets sold from fans thinking Candice would be in it and then she was essentially forced to make a statement showing she isn't to blame.

The biggest mistake Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue ever made was not getting Candice. They have Lily and Gigi (maybe others with the crossover I am unaware of) but they never got Candice and she's the best thing in the world of swimsuit modeling over the last 4 years.

100% agree here. While I admittedly haven't followed all of Candice's career as closely as many on here, she used to come across as very quiet/shy/reserved almost. Ever since her and Behati seemed to become best friends you see video clips of a more playful, easy-going, funny/goofy Candice. I am sure someone will tell me I'm an idiot and don't know what I'm talking about but that's my honest opinion.

Beyond speechless with all these pictures. The woman is out of this world beautiful and that butt is to die for. Like literally.
