Exactly. My critique was more towards VS who are IMO doing a big disservice to a lot of these girls, Kate included. There are way too many of them and some of them are nowhere near ready for a position of spokesperson. It's not like there is some huge competition out there that will snatch these girls so VS have to hoard them. Nothing was stopping VS to continue to work with these girls and slowly test them out and promote when needed. At the very least, use them through PINK line. What's the point of having Angles who are not ready to promote the brand in the right way? This girl is an Angel but is completely useless to be a presenter at any press event. Scripted VS interviews don't count. Comparing to older times when Adriana stared also isn't fair. That was a completely different time in modeling. Nowadays, girls are under microscope because of social media. They are required to be ready to go a lot sooner than before. How is Kate going to stand out in this huge crowd of girls when objectively, due to huge number she won't have a lot of air time? That's my critique about this whole mess.

So it's no approximation but only one correct way to write the name. Example from Google: Name is written both in Russian cyrillics and latin lettering.
