I click Pause on the video from youtube really fast and cap the frame pressing Print Scrn (right next to F12) and then I put each frame on Paint, that's what I get: Then I cut one by one and save then, (notice mine is in portuguese) but you should click on the same place Then when I have all of the frames saved I import them as frames on image ready and here's my animation: (Julia's avatar)

The only program I work with is Adobe Imageready, which comes together with adobe photoshop, and I also use Paint

Yeah me too, it would be sad to see such a great model retired so early, but you can see that she really is a great person that doesn't let money be the most important thing of her life

Her job is to look good in every picture I feel too lazy to change the picture

It's easy I miss frames either but when you put the animation you don't miss them, you just have to click twice on the pause button really fast, I usually do it with 25 frames so I don't spend a lot of time to cut each and save them I only took 10 minutes to do Julia's animation

I guess you clicked on her name and nulled your vote because the null vote is right next to the botton you upload your vote

Over the avatar when you put it there's written Width and Height, put 113 on Height and nothing on width
