  1. Fitting for tomorrow Also, do we have a funny stuff thread? I couldn't find it.
  2. The mainstream media/liberal media (same thing).
  3. lebron - well, back when the Kardashians started getting butt injections, that procedure wasn't common/well-known at all. That's sneakier than getting something done to your face or a boob job, IMO.

    FIND OUT

Hint: I was in a Britney Spears music video and I am not white.
  6. mpsm69 - your siggie is epic. I'm starting to think Kendall did in fact get a brow lift/botox. Gotta hand it to the Kardashians - they're pretty good at getting sneaky plastic surgery procedures.

    FIND OUT

I am a male model. (Seriously - how many male models can you name off the top of your head?!) Answer:

    FIND OUT

I just spent way too much time trying to think of who this might be, but I think I know! Wilmer Valderrama? Edit: Yes! New one later.
  9. #1 And who's your new avi, Lyla? Edit: Wrong
  10. I read that she first met Rande Gerber in the mid-'80s during a photo shoot. They briefly dated, then were friends for several years before reuniting in the late '90s. Anyone have images from that photo shoot?
  11. Home decorating/interior design
  12. Eh, I'm not a beard-lover. I'm sure you'll hear different opinions about beards, though!
  13. They thought her eyebrows looked higher and stuff.
  14. I haven't read what he has to say about the Russians - frankly, I don't have much of an opinion either way on the Russians, so I doubt I'd agree or disagree with what he said. It's common knowledge that Putin is nuts, but that's about all I've got. Sorry if you for some reason disagree with that. What I like to hear Sowell speak about are his views on the American economy, such as the consequences of the expansion of welfare from the '70s to the present. I also like how he doesn't go along with all that "politically correct" bull&*$# - he calls things as they are, and he's right. I think he's pretty brave for doing that, particularly because some of what he says deals with race. Anyway, we can PM about this if you'd like. Perhaps if I read more of his books I'd agree with what you're saying. To be honest, I mostly am familiar with the "catchphrases" - I like to watch and read what he has to say about only certain issues of which I am familiar (this excludes Russians, for instance).
  15. So, on DailyMail, people were saying Kendall looked like she had work done in those pics. Thoughts? Also, I like the idea of that dress, but it photographed badly (perhaps looked bad in person, as well). It does nothing for her figure.
  16. You can disagree if you want, but I happen to agree with a lot of what Sowell says. It's great you took the time to read some of his books, however, and I'll bet being an active investor and trader is interesting.
  17. I get it, I suppose. It's hard to get a group together to play, I imagine. Maybe the local Y has a rec league. I'm the same way with tennis - I love to play but really never get the opportunity.
  18. Oh, wow! BABS! Mood/Theme - 4.5 Music - 4.5 Visual Elements - 4.5 Effectiveness - 4.5 Likability - 4.5
  19. lebron, why don't you play basketball? You don't even play it for fun? Storm - #4.
  20. I liked that British Vogue interview with her and Bobbi Brown - thanks, Sanni. What I think happened is when she was "thin," she was still in the process of filling out as a woman. I mean, she herself says she didn't start growing tall or developing breasts until 14 1/2 to 15 years old. I think, until the past couple years, she was still kind of in that adolescent, fast-metabolism stage. Now that she's fully developed, however, she has a harder time keeping her face and body thin. The main reason she no longer is very pretty to me is her face has too much fat on it. Her bone structure looks best with less fat than is currently on her face. Obviously her body has also filled out, but to me, the main problem is her face these days.
  21. You should. He's written books, and you can also easily read his quotes and watch his interviews online. Having just wrapped up school, I very much appreciate his thoughts on the sociopolitical ideas of "academics" and "intellectuals" (i.e., professors and students who live in a make-believe world of theory ).
  22. I've always said this. I don't think they look much like Kris either, though. They have Kris' coloring, but Kylie and Kendall's faces really don't resemble either of their parents'. Recently, though, I saw some young photos of Bruce, and there was something about him that was similar to Kylie. The mouth and chin looked a bit like hers. Also, Kendall surely inherited her slim, athletic build from Bruce. Still, facially, I see virtually no similarity. Edit: Not sure if I should be saying Caitlyn instead of Bruce...but I am referring to images of Bruce, not Caitlyn, so I'm just going to leave this post as is.
  23. Been binging on Thomas Sowell quotes today.
