I'm so glad the Campaign is out! Yes u can never go wrong with her!

I don't want to continue talk about other models in Gisele's thread so this is the last post I'll make but-- as much as I dislike Kate Upton, how in the world has she not been more talked about than Alessandra Ambrosio? She's not even on the list, but no one can deny how 'talked about' she's been this year. Alessandra is known because of her being with VS for a decade, what work has she done recently while pregnant? She was off the map for all of this year. So what were people saying while talking about her? Popularity doesn't ensure people were talking about you within the given time. Adriana had her superbowl commercials and she was active for a lot of this year, may it be events or campaigns. Gisele is Gisele. Kate Moss is Kate Moss and is always going to be talked about. And Heidi Klum runs television projects and is relevant or talked about through that. Just saying, just because more people know who Alessandra is than who the other models on that list are doesn't mean she's been more talked about this year when she gave birth just a few months ago and hasn't been doing much. The talked about models didn't even all make the list. But I guess I'll say this is my opinion, and leave it at that

lol we keep complaining how bad the show has become (which I totally agree with), but the show has been nominated for an Emmy. Has it been nominated before? I think the masses are plenty into the show probably more now than before. Sure the show had a more 'serious' side to it and it was hella sexy and glamorous, but we can't deny that it's more fun and lively now and it might attract more viewers than, say, 6 years ago, which is what (imo) people really prefer, as much as I hate to admit it. And I think right from the beginning, people watch the show because of the entertainers, I also think people watch it because of the glamour of it all, not because they know the names of the girls, although I'm sure people would know the names of one or two of the models

# 6-10 can't be more talked-about than Ale, and she can't be more talked about than # 1-4. She had countless years of being one of VS' main girls. Why would it seem off for her to be in that position,

Haha I wouldn't want her in a dress for the show either, but if that's what would make her do the show, then so be it. The show would lack a lot of star power if she's not there. At least when she was absent in 2009, Heidi was there. She's currently their biggest name, so if she doesn't do it, that would make lots of room for the boring girls Candice and even more room for the performers. I wonder who will open the show this year. Last year's opening was such a disaster. Ugh I just totally miss the magical era of VS, Karolina, Heidi, Gisele, their walks were just full of presence and strong and they were stars in their own right. Well, If Adriana won't do the show, then at leat chanel will keep the social networking sites buzzing about it. I think she's the only angel who trended at twitter during the last two shows.

Is this year's show gonna be November too? Just wondering because I hear Lily is pregnant, so is Adriana. November is just a few months away and I don't know if they'd get back into shape soon enough. Plus I think VS would want Adriana to do the show, even if she has to wear a dress.

^I think the only real angels are Miranda, Alessandra, Candice, Adriana, Doutzen, Erin and Lindsay. They are the girls that are doing everything. Chanel and Behati are fillers in my opinion. And why does VS have girls like Toni and Bregje doing events? Why? And I'm sick of them calling any model an angel. And the pairing for there events is so off. If they want to promote Bregje, they should pair her with girls the public recognize (Ale, Miranda). They are just making people care less and less about their girls.

lol True I'm not complaining about that. I love Miranda's style, and I enjoying looking at it when theres new pics, it just bugs me because I know that shes calling the paps, so its like I know she kinda planed for it lol that's the thing. I can't hate her for it because her style is so amazing. If we saw photos of her like 3 times a month, that'd be more believeable and if she wasn't always dresssed up and smiling for the paps. It's not even entirely about the paps. It's about how her and her PR team want people to believe she's the most in demand, most influential, most famous model out there. Like who are they kidding. At least Ale isn't like that. And it also seems like she's doing some kind of interview every week to keep people talking, like she's afraid if not she won't be famous. The only different between her and Ale is she's more committed to it.That said, does anyone think VS is gonna do to Ale what they did to Marisa? One minute u have the fantasy bra, and the next, you're out. I mean given the talk about an older model leaving soon

^You must not know Miranda Kerr. Best attention seeker in modeling history. She took the game to a whole other level. Didn't she resume work only a few weeks after having her son? Even Ale can't trump that. She makes Alessandra look like a beginner.
